Platform Overview

Maestro-Prime is a repo-native A2A operating system / solution stack.

It combines:

  • canonical repo artifacts
  • an audited governance database
  • semantic ODD translation
  • specialist-agent governance
  • deployment lineage and release controls

AI delivery breaks when the real system is spread across code, docs, tickets, dashboards, prompts, and tribal memory.

Maestro-Prime closes that gap by making the repository the governed system of record and by giving agents a clear, validated path through that context.

Public agent frameworks mostly focus on runtime orchestration, tool use, workflows, and memory.

Maestro-Prime adds:

  • repo-native organizational memory
  • governed artifact ownership
  • operational lineage and audited learning
  • future-project inheritance

The governed source artifacts for this page live in the repository under:

  • docs/architecture/repo-native-ai-company-model.md
  • docs/architecture/maestro-prime-product-brief.md
  • docs/architecture/maestro-prime-market-differentiation.md
